White Cap Business Park
White Cap Business Park (WCBP) is a 126,000+ square foot office campus set on 18 wooded acres in Williston, Vermont. Originally built in 1974 as Rossignol’s U.S. headquarters, it was reimagined by local developer Graham Goldsmith into a flexible, multi-tenant office destination. Located just two miles from I-89 and the Burlington International Airport, WCBP is home to government agencies, tech firms, and wellness services. The single-story design maximizes usable space with multiple direct entrances and custom fit-out opportunities.
